Introducing New Serviced Accommodation / Property Packages
We understand that much of the admin side of managing serviced accommodation can be successfully outsourced if the those taking on the role have the necessary training and experience. For this reason we are now rolling out a series of packages aimed at the Serviced Accommodation sector.
I have spoken before about how the serviced accommodation sector has for some time been one in which virtual assistants can, and do, provide really important support. In fact as a business sector the property industry as a whole has been an early adopter of VAs and remote workers.
We realised this shortly after starting bizee.co and we have slowly (it’s taken 2 years) adapted our business model to cater more specifically for SA and corporate lets providers. I say slowly because here at bizee.co we have also taken the time to understand the business, the problems and pain points in order to offer a service that is more relevant.
Up to a point we are in the business of selling time, but we couple this with experience and expertise enabling us to be much more pro-active in solving those same problems and pain points. With this in mind we have launched the following packages and plans:

How it works:
You choose the number of hours to suit your property portfolio / volume of business.
We assign a Property Assistant to you.
You also get an Account Manager with extensive property management experience.
Your Property Assistant will work during a set timeframe everyday.

Kigo, Booking.com or airbnb management
Cancellations
Payments & Refunds, Invoicing
Amendments
Logistics
Updating calendars
What’s included - Check in and guest support:
Guest KYC (e.g. ID verification) and T&Cs
Supplying codes
Arranging meet and greets
Email / platform support for new or existing clients
Arranging early/late check in
Requesting and dealing with feedback & reviews
