Referral Program Terms

bizee.co Refer-a-Friend Program entitles both the Referrer and the Referral to a 20% discount for one month of bizee.co Virtual Assistant Services.

Other skilled assistant services are not included in this promotion.

To make a referral as part of the Refer-a-Friend program, you must be a current bizee.co customer.

You and your referrals have to accept these Program Terms to participate in the Program.

All referrals have to be made using the referrers personal referral link.

No spamming please! Referrers may only send or offer the referral link to people who are legitimately interested and agree to receive it. Anyone found in breach of this clause will lose any right to their referral discount and may be in breach of our Terms of Business resulting in the cancellation fo their clients agreement.

In order for the referrer to be eligible to receive the referral discount the person being referred must be an active paying customer for 90 days after activating. If service is terminated within 90 days of activating the referrer will not receive the referral discount.

There is no limit to the number of referral offers you can send to your friends.

The maximum monthly discount for Referrals or Referrers is £75 off your bill per calendar month.

The referral discount is not available for referring existing paying customers or those who have previously been customers of bizee.co (the referral must be a new bizee.co customer).

Referrals cannot accept more than one referral offer as part of this Program. If they receive multiple offers, a discount will be applied to the account of the current bizee.co customer whose referral they first accepted through the Program.

To be eligible for the referral discount, you must (i) obtain consent from each referral to use their personal information for the purpose of sending them the referral link and (ii) abide by these Program Terms.

Referrals will only be eligible if they are for Virtual Assistant Pricing Plans. Development services, Graphic Design services, SEO services are not eligible for referral discounts.

bizee.co assumes no responsibility for lost, delayed, damaged or misdirected referrals or communications or for any failure of the website, for any problems or technical malfunction of any computer online systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or referral to be received by bizee.co on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof including any injury or damage to a your (or any other person's) computer related to or resulting from this program. bizee.co reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, cancel or suspend this program should a virus, bug or other cause beyond the reasonable control of bizee.co, corrupt the security or proper administration of the program or for any other reason. Referrals are subject to verification and will be declared invalid if they are illegible, unintelligible, falsified, altered or tampered with or unlawful in any way. Referrals submitted by unauthorised means will be disqualified. In the event that it has been determined that a referral has been made in a manner not sanctioned by these terms, you and all of you referrals will be disqualified from this program and any referral credits that have been awarded will be deducted. You agree to abide by the terms of this program and the decisions of the bizee.co team, which are final. This program is subject to all applicable laws and regulations.

Refer-a-Friend referral discounts have no cash value, and will not be paid out after termination, cancellation or temporary suspension of the referrers agreement with bizee.co.
