Case studies are a great way to see how something can or could help you. I speak every day to prospective clients of ours about their business and how a virtual assistant can help them grow, but there is nothing like peer reviews, and in the case of business, a good case study can really help you understand how something could also be applicable to your business.

I sometimes get quite caught up in the day to day (yeah, I know I should get a VA…) of running a business and especially in looking at onboarding new customers, which means I don’t always take time to reflect on how we have helped and continue to help existing clients.

Last week I did that and added a couple of different case studies to the web site, Secret Spa and Coding Blonde. Both are brief and can demonstrate how differing organisations use virtual assistants to increase their bandwidth and, in short, get more done.

Secret Spa

Secret Spa has revolutionised the way Londoners get their beauty treatments by offering a seamless booking platform for at-home, cashless beauty appointments with trusted therapists.

The company was founded in 2015 by siblings Emily Ewart-Perks and Rider Latham and has developed into London’s most trusted mobile beauty service.

Secret Spa uses Virtual Assistants to amplify their customer service enabling them to cover more hours, especially “out of hours” and consistently provide a great level of support [Read more].

“Bizee.co consistently provides a high level of service from a dedicated team of support virtual assistants, helping us to increase our bandwidth and manage our growth.”

“I love how reliable and professional VAs are at bizee.co, I don't have to spend hours trying to hire the right person and train them. bizee.co works with great people who know what they're doing and can jump on board at any time!”
